The Fullstack Designer will be responsible for end-to-end design execution, from branding to product design, across all creative channels. This role combines strategy, creativity, and technical expertise to craft visually compelling and user-centric solutions. You will shape ALPINE WHITE’s branding and ensure consistency across all platforms while creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

Branding & Design

  • Lead the development and evolution of ALPINE WHITE’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual language across all mediums.
  • Create and maintain branding guidelines and design systems.
  • Deliver high-quality assets for marketing materials, presentations, packaging, and other touchpoints.

UI/UX Design

  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our website and app.
  • Develop physical product and packaging designs that enhance shelf appeal and effectively communicate product value.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve design decisions.
  • Collaborate with our product team and external partners to implement designs.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality content, including images, videos, animations, and post-production editing for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
  • Ideate and execute creative concepts that drive engagement and effectively communicate the brand’s story.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or freelancers when applicable.
  • Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in branding, UI/UX design, and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of video production, post-production, and motion design.
  • Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
